So I'm mixing it up a little!

Well the atkins has been going great I'm almost down to 350 :D. And I've decided to start blogging about all parts of my life.

So I've been following organizing blogs pretty much forever lol. And I makes me want to boast about my little projects I do around my home and the one I finished today was clean the coat closet in my living room and I succeeded (YEA!)

This obviously is the before shot!

Its not perfect but until I can get more storage space its just going to have to work out!

The Results are in..

Well I woke up today and weighted myself and I"m very please with what I saw!

Starting weight (6/30) 402

Current weight (7/10) 395

That's 7 pounds and that's one day into low-carb!!! So I've made the choice that from now on I only weight myself on Wednesdays so I don't think about the numbers all day everyday. So weigh in Wednesdays are coming this week!

July 9,2011

B- 2 eggs, 2.5 sausage links (1 net carb)

S- cheese stick (0 NC)

L- Green Beans, chicken salad (10NC)
*garlic *chicken
*soy sauce *romaine
*splenda *tomato
*green onion
*1 oz cheese
*cucumber
*oil and vinegar

D- 3 cheeseburger
*bacon
*1 oz cheese
*3 pickles
*onion
*lettcue
*tomato
*mayo
*mustard

5 bottles of water


Total Net Carbs for the day 17


So not bad for day one I just hope day 2 goes as smoothly. I'm weighting myself after I wake up in the morning to have a idea of where I am because the last time I got weight was at the doctors and that was June 30 and I weighted in at 402 lbs. So over all the first 24 hours weren't as scary as I imagined but time will tell.

Ready, Set, Go!

Today me and my hubby started to follow atkins WOL. I don't know how it will go but I only hope for my sake it goes splendid, I can't count how many blogs I've started and gave up on but I hope I can change that. I want to use this blog as a way to log my meals and my weight loss. Because I'm not doing this for anyone but me and I'm proud of that fact!


Well the next post will be my stats and meals for the day!
